Input Leads:
Input leads are the wires that go between the input terminal at the edge of a speaker driver to the cone. The constant movement of the cone causes them to flex continuously and eventually the sound becomes "crackly" before finally the leads break.
PRICES:
Replacing the leads usually cost between $20 and $40 per speaker depending on the thickness of the wire and whether the cone needs to be removed to access the voice coil.
